Eric B. Bailey, Associate
Rick Bailey joined the firm in 2009 and represents clients in civil litigation, focusing on personal injury, commercial, and employment litigation.
Rick's ability to thoroughly, efficiently, and successfully represent clients comes from his extensive experience and familiarity with virtually all aspects of civil litigation throughout his career. His diverse background includes representing clients in various civil litigation matters, including complex commercial litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, employment, corporate finance, environmental, and real estate matters. He also has experience in handling criminal appeals.
Rick is a graduate of the prestigious Brandeis University and the University of Michigan Law School, one of the top ten law schools in the country. There, Rick had the distinction of serving as a member of the Michigan Journal of Gender and Law.
Rick is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association.
