Ken has spent the last 25 years devoting his professional practice to business law and commercial real estate matters throughout the Northern New Jersey – New York City Corridor.

Ken’s corporate and business law practice focuses on the needs of closely-held corporations and other business organizations, large and small, across all industry segments, providing expertise in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and partnership agreements, minority shareholder rights, licensing, distribution, condominium conversions and other commercial agreements.

His commercial real estate clients include some of the region’s most respected and successful real estate developers, landlords, tenants and construction companies involved in all phases of acquisition, development, financing and refinancing of major industrial, office and commercial real estate projects.

Ken has significant trial experience in a variety of contexts. He spent 15 years during the early part of his career representing high profile clients in civil and criminal matters. He is also an experienced appellate court attorney having argued several appeals before the New Jersey Supreme Court and the U. S Third Circuit Court Of Appeals, among others.

Ken is admitted to practice before the state courts of New Jersey and New York as well as the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Second and Third Circuits. He is a member of the Essex County Bar Association. He is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association serving actively as a member of the Public Law Contract Committee (1978-1988) and the Environmental Law Committee (1990-1995).
