Named as a New Jersey Super Lawyer for the third consecutive year, Michael Martino is among the state's top civil defense litigators. Since 1972, he has focused his practice in areas relating to commercial, professional liability, products liability, contract, and personal injury litigation in New Jersey and New York federal and state courts.

Michael is one of the select few Certified Civil Trial Attorneys in New Jersey and is among the earliest, gaining his certification in 1987. The Supreme Court of New Jersey established the Certification Program to help consumers make an informed decision when seeking and selecting a lawyer. He has served on the National Claims Council Advisory Boards for both a professional liability and commercial insurer and as an approved arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the world's leading provider of conflict management and dispute resolution services. Openings on the AAA Regional Roster of Neutrals are extremely limited, requiring its attorney members to have a minimum 10 years of specialized legal experience and be held in the highest regard by peers for integrity, fairness and good judgment.

A noted speaker, Michael regularly makes presentations before various groups concerning litigation topics, hotel, resort and premises security and liability. He is a featured lecturer on behalf of the National Business Institute.
