(LIVINGSTON, NJ) — Stein McGuire kicked off its year long 40th Anniversary with a spectacular evening of music, food and refreshments on May 11.
Nearly 250 guests from Northern and Central New Jersey, Manhattan and other New York areas joined firm partners to celebrate what managing partner Ken McGuire called, "A Vision of Value". The by-invitation-only gala event was hosted at the firm's Livingston office on Eisenhower Parkway.
Mr. McGuire, who has been with the firm since a year after its 1966 inception, and has watched it grow from three attorneys to fourteen, attributed firm success and longevity to, "a great team of attorneys who function collaboratively like a well-oiled machine who have the ability to be extremely responsive to our client's needs." He commented that, "Clients know that we provide sophisticated legal advocacy, services and results equivalent to respected Manhattan firms. Yet where we distinguish ourselves is in our ability to match the legal needs of our clients with their concern for value. They truly appreciate that, and it's proven to be a successful formula. Our presence in the New Jersey - New York City corridor is strong as a result."
Throughout the growth of the firm, Stein McGuire attorneys have distinguished themselves as leaders in a variety of legal fields that include business and corporate law, commercial litigation, defense and general liability litigation, trusts and estates, tax planning, and commercial real estate. Three members of the firm were named 2006 New Jersey Super Lawyers and two members were designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court as Certified Civil Trial Attorneys.
