ADAM DUBECK to present at REAL ESTATE SEMINAR at CARE ONE, LIVINGSTON
(Livingston, NJ, August, 2009) Attorney Adam P. Dubeck, Esq. of the law firm of Stein McGuire Pantages & Gigl in Livingston is slated to speak at an upcoming real estate seminar at Care One at Livingston Assisted Living Facility.
Entitled "Today's Real Estate Market," the event will feature three area professionals discussing the state of the real estate market and what individuals need to know when selling or financing the sale of a home.
In addition to realtor Donna von Nessi from Keller Williams Suburban Realty discussing "Managing the Sale of Your Home," and Lee Swearer from Anchor Street Mortgage reviewing "Mortgage and Financing Solutions for Your Home," Adam Dubeck will cover "The Real Estate Closing Process in New Jersey." Dubeck's presentation will review everything from examination and revision of contracts to the home inspector's report, title search results, mortgage documents, and preparation of the closing documents (such as the deed and affidavit of title and the closing settlement statement).
