ADAM DUBECK to present at ESTATE PLANNING SEMINAR at CARE ONE, LIVINGSTON

 

(Livingston, NJ, August, 2009) Attorney Adam P. Dubeck, Esq. of the law firm of Stein McGuire Pantages & Gigl in Livingston is slated to speak at an upcoming seminar on Estate Planning at Care One at Livingston Assisted Living Facility.

Entitled "Probate and Estate Planning in New Jersey," the discussion will cover the importance of making a will, the Durable Power of Attorney and Advanced Health Care Directives, as well as New Jersey's Probate process and Estate/Inheritance Tax.
