Stein McGuire Adds Falcicchio to Insurance Defense Team
(Livingston, NJ, April, 2008) The law firm of Stein McGuire Pantages & Gigl, LLP has announced that James Falcicchio, formerly of Zimmerer, Murray and Conyngham in Saddle Brook, has joined the firm as an Associate in the Defense Litigation Department.
Falcicchio will handle insurance defense matters on behalf of the firm's client insurance companies and self-insured commercial businesses. His work over the years has included a number of areas, including automobile negligence, premises liability, insurance coverage and indemnification, subrogation, property casualty, commercial and construction liability, discrimination, product liability, consumer fraud, wrongful death, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, family law and collections.
Jim is a graduate of Rutgers University and the New England School of Law and is admitted to practice in New Jersey. He resides in Clifton, NJ.
