Attorney Michael Martino to speak at upcoming CLE event
(Livingston, NJ, March, 2008) Partner Michael F. Martino, Esq. of the law firm of Stein McGuire Pantages & Gigl in Livingston is slated to speak at an upcoming CLE seminar entitled "Evidence and Expert Testimony Best Practices: Supporting Your Case," produced by the National Business Institute (NBI). The event will be held on April 25th at the Wyndham Garden Saddlebrook Hotel & Conference Center in Saddle Brook, NJ (formerly the Holiday Inn Conference Center).
The program is designed to provide attorneys of all levels with strategies and tools to effectively work with evidence and expert testimony. Topics to be presented during the day by Martino and two other local attorneys include working with evidence at trial, getting scientific and expert testimony admitted into evidence, attacking opposing evidence and experts at trial, and ethical issues involving evidence and experts. Additionally, the day will conclude with a mock examination and cross examination. Paralegals are also welcome to attend.
Michael Martino's main areas of practice include insurance defense, personal injury and general commercial litigation. Again named a New Jersey "Super Lawyer" this year, Martino is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney in New Jersey and also admitted to the bar in New York.
