Attorney Michael Martino to speak at upcoming CLE event
(Livingston, NJ, September, 2008) Partner Michael F. Martino, Esq. of the law firm of Stein McGuire Pantages & Gigl in Livingston is slated to speak at an upcoming CLE seminar entitled "Winning Your First Civil Trial," produced by the National Business Institute (NBI). The event will be held on September 25th at the Wyndham Garden Saddlebrook Hotel & Conference Center in Saddle Brook, NJ (formerly the Holiday Inn Conference Center).
The program is geared towards attorneys preparing to try their first cases or civil litigators who wish to refresh their existing knowledge, as well as the paralegals who assist them. Topics to be presented during the day include planning and preparation for trial, protocol in court, jury selection, ethical issues, and litigation strategies. The program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for a total of 6.0 credits.
Michael Martino's main areas of practice include insurance defense, personal injury and general commercial litigation. Again named a New Jersey "Super Lawyer" this year, Martino is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney in New Jersey and also admitted to the bar in New York.
