Michael Martino to present at CLE Event on Advanced Expert Witness Deposition Tactics
(Livingston, NJ, March, 2008) Partner Michael F. Martino, Esq. of the law firm of Stein McGuire Pantages & Gigl in Livingston is slated to speak at an upcoming CLE seminar entitled "Advanced Expert Witness Deposition Tactics," produced by the National Business Institute (NBI). The event will be held on March 6th at the Wyndham Garden Saddlebrook Hotel & Conference Center in Saddle Brook, NJ.
The program is geared towards attorneys and paralegals who want to take their expert witness deposition strategies to a higher level. Topics to be presented during the day include preparing expert witnesses (both yours and of opposing counsel) for depositions, deposing witnesses, trial tactics and ethical considerations in depositions. The program has been approved for 6 Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Credits and 7 New York credits.
Michael Martino's main areas of practice include insurance defense, personal injury and general commercial litigation. Again named a New Jersey "Super Lawyer" this year, Martino is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney in New Jersey and also admitted to the bar in New York.
